Procedure

  • The Quicklift facelift is done through incisions under the chin and around the ear and hairline. The excess skin is removed and the underlying muscles are tightened.
  • Surgery takes one to two hours and is performed under local anesthesia.
  • The Quicklift facelift can also be done with other facial surgeries, such as Eyelid surgery (Blepharoplasty) and a Neck lift.
  • Injectable Fillers, Botox/Dysport® and Liposuction, which is the removal of unwanted fat from the jowls, chin, and neck areas, are additional Procedures that rejuvenate the patient's neck.

Recovery

The bandages are removed the day after surgery. Following the removal of stitches, makeup and hair styling can be used to hide any scars. Swelling and bruising usually subside after two weeks, but numbness may last for several months.

Results

The Quicklift facelift offers very natural-looking results, not the typical "pulled back" appearance. The Quicklift facelift can erase five, ten, or even 15 years from one's appearance. Patients enjoy a firming of the lower face and improvements in jaw line and neck line definition.

The Pulsed Light Photofacial, Botox/Dysport® and/or Chemical peels can provide the "finishing touch" by softening fine lines and improving the overall texture of the skin.
